Statutory & Legal Support

​Statutory and legal support can be delivered virtually or face to face, depending on the need. This is charged according to each case, starting at a basic hourly rate of £75.

Services are inclusive of, but not limited to the following:​

• Independent support with completion of statutory paperwork, including applications for Education, Health and Care Plans 

• Support with school meetings, including EHCP Reviews, TAC, CHIN and MDTs.

• Supported liaison with services such as the SEND Statutory Casework, Provision teams and CAMHS.

• Liaison with school settings (both independent, mainstream and specialist) to create provision maps and transition plans.

• Independent advice for placement tribunal hearings and Family Court proceedings.
